What is Swimmers Shoulder?
Swimmers Shoulder is an umbrella term used to describe shoulder pain in swimmers. The most common pathologies that affect swimmers is shoulder impingement, labral tears, rotator cuff tear or tendinitis or shoulder instability.
Ask yourself the following questions...
